Android 17 Beta 3 finally restores the single tap Wi-Fi toggle

Android 17 Beta 3 restores single-tap Wi-Fi toggle in Quick Settings enables enabling and disabling onboard Wi‑Fi with a single tap of the QS tile.

Quick Settings changes behavior of 2×1 Quick Settings tile left icon toggles onboard Wi‑Fi, right side opens network pop-up.

Retains pop-up on right-side tap for network options tapping the labeled current network opens the previous pop-up with nearby networks and options.

Long-press opens Internet settings section a long-press on the Wi‑Fi tile opens the full Settings menu for Internet.

Android 17 Beta 3 split Wi‑Fi and mobile data into separate tiles, wi‑Fi and mobile data appear as separate Quick Settings tiles.
