Microsoft says it’s prepping a fix for Outlook bug that blanked out documents

Microsoft is rolling out a server-side fix for a classic Outlook bug.

The issue affected Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files opened from OneDrive and SharePoint links.

Users saw blank documents, repair prompts, or false corruption warnings.

A restart of Outlook may be needed after the fix reaches a user’s setup.
