SAS launches AI Navigator for AI governance and compliance

SAS launched AI Navigator, a standalone SaaS platform for AI governance and oversight.

The tool creates a centralized inventory of AI models, agents, and LLMs, and maps them to internal policies and external regulations.

It also tracks AI systems across their lifecycle to help organizations reduce shadow AI and compliance risk.

SAS says the product is aimed at helping regulated industries adopt AI more securely, with a future listing planned for Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
