Infoblox completes acquisition of Axur to address external threats

Infoblox has completed its acquisition of Brazilian threat detection firm Axur.

It immediately launched Digital Risk Protection Services to scan millions of URLs and identify external threats.

Findings feed into Infoblox Threat Defense to block malicious destinations and support takedowns within minutes.

The move expands Infoblox beyond DNS security into continuous monitoring of phishing, fraud, brand abuse, and other off-network risks.
