Cognichip Raises $60M Series A Round

Cognichip announced an oversubscribed $60 million Series A financing led by Seligman Ventures.

The company said seed investors and new participants, including SBI Investment, joined the round, bringing total funding to $93 million.

Umesh Padval and Lip-Bu Tan joined Cognichip's Board of Directors as part of the financing.

Cognichip is developing Artificial Chip Intelligence (ACI®) for semiconductor design to change chip development workflows.
