An internal email said Feishu’s product team was folded into Doubao, while its GTM function was merged with Volcano Engine.

The shift shows ByteDance’s ToB strategy moving away from Feishu as a standalone priority and toward large models and AI products.

It also consolidates office software, models, and cloud sales into a more unified enterprise AI offering.
