EFF is the latest organization to leave X

The Electronic Frontier Foundation is leaving X after nearly two decades, saying its posts now reach far fewer people and drive much less traffic.

EFF said X no longer delivers the engagement or referral results it once did.

The move underscores growing skepticism among publishers and organizations about whether X is still worth maintaining.

It also adds to a broader wave of departures as referral traffic from social media and search continues to weaken.
