Neolix, TELD Launch 'Power Island' to Build AV Charging Infrastructure

Neolix and TELD unveiled Power Island in Qingdao, billed as the first autonomous vehicle charging and operations center.

The hub automates parking, charging, cleaning, self-diagnostics and maintenance for delivery robots.

The companies plan to build hundreds of these hubs across China and eventually expand overseas.

If scaled, the model could cut operating costs and remove a key bottleneck for autonomous delivery fleets.
