Tests reached peak upload speeds of 1Gbps, with 20Mbps citywide stability for everyday use.

The upgrade targets common upload bottlenecks for photos, video calls, and livestreaming.

Shanghai Mobile also introduced new AI and compute offerings, including a compute network, model platform, agent framework, and token-based services.
