9 New Microsoft Copilot Updates That Make Work Effortless

Microsoft rolled out nine new M365 Copilot updates, expanding it from a chat assistant into a broader work hub.

The release adds a redesigned app launcher with pinned apps, a Create module, and a Unified Plus Menu for making Office files directly in chat.

Copilot also gains support for GPT-5 and Claude AI, plus new tools like Copilot Notebooks, critique comparisons, and mind map generation.

Microsoft says the changes are meant to speed up content creation, research, and everyday productivity across common office workflows.
