Anthropic signs multi-gigawatt TPU deal with Google and Broadcom

Anthropic signed a deal with Google and Broadcom for multi-gigawatt TPU capacity that begins coming online in 2027.

Most of the new TPU infrastructure will be built in the United States.

Anthropic's annualized revenue run rate rose to over $30 billion from about $9 billion at the end of 2025, and its count of enterprise customers making over $1 million doubled to more than 1,000.

Anthropic trains Claude on AWS Trainium, Google TPUs and Nvidia GPUs and says Amazon remains its most important cloud partner.
