CP Group Backs AI Entertainment Startup Star Trail Interactive in Angel Round

Star Trail Interactive raised a multi-million-dollar angel round led by strategic investors including CP Group, Beijing Darong Culture Media, and Maimai Technology.

The company plans to use AI tools and a proprietary skill system to produce and monetize digital entertainment content, assets, and IP.

Its focus includes AIGC, AI-generated actors, film restoration, and overseas expansion.

For CP Group, the deal marks its first foothold in AI entertainment and a bet on commercializing AI-made media.
