Cha Jae-hyeok, CEO of Advantest Korea: “Beyond testers, our goal is to be a differentiated solution partner in the AI and HPC era”

At its 40th anniversary, Advantest Korea outlined a strategy to expand beyond test equipment into end-to-end semiconductor test solutions.

CEO Cha Jae-hyuk said the company will cover design verification, system-level testing, and data analytics for the AI and HPC era.

Advantest Korea is strengthening logic and memory testing, SLT, and automation to better support Korean chip customers.

The shift reflects how AI and HPC are making testing a key driver of yield, reliability, and faster time-to-market.
