A Córdoba commercial court rejected fines against NordVPN over LaLiga’s requested IP blocks.

The judge found a real technical dispute and no proof of deliberate noncompliance with the blocking order.

NordVPN’s evidence was accepted, with the court noting IPs change quickly and mass blocking could hit thousands of legitimate websites.

The ruling temporarily slows efforts to penalize VPNs for broad anti-piracy blocks and highlights the legal limits of such measures.
