NVIDIA's Isaac Gr00t Platform Gives Researchers Access To Frontier Humanoid Robotics

NVIDIA unveiled Isaac GR00t, an open humanoid robotics reference platform built for research labs.

The system pairs Unitree H2 hardware, Sharpa five-finger tactile hands, and Jetson AGX Thor compute.

It also includes Gr00t software and models to help developers build and train humanoid robots.

The platform supports the Unitree G1 as well, and institutions like Ai2, ETH Zurich, Stanford Robotics Center, and UC San Diego are expected to use it.
