Woowa Brothers launches a user guide for its delivery app for foreigners

Woowa Brothers released an English guide for using the Baemin delivery app, aimed at foreign users who are less familiar with Korean.

The guide uses simple language and illustrations, and was launched alongside a multilingual feature update for the app.

Woowa has been expanding accessibility through outreach to welfare institutions, on-site training, and practice features.

The move is intended to make delivery services easier to use for growing numbers of non-Korean customers in Korea.
