NVIDIA Hikes Graphics Card Prices for the Third Time This Year, by Up to 30%, as Distributors Enter Panic Mode

NVIDIA has reportedly raised consumer graphics card prices by 20% to 30% for the third time this year.

The latest increase follows earlier hikes in January and May and now covers more models, including GPU bundles with GDDR memory.

Reports from Taiwan’s Economic Daily say distributors and retailers are pulling stock or marking up prices in response.

Higher GPU and memory costs could push retail prices up further and squeeze PC builders and buyers.
