There’s Something Incredibly Weird About Two Delivery Robots Crashing Through Glass Bus Shelter in Chicago Within a Few Days of Each Other

Two delivery robots crashed through glass bus shelters in Chicago within days of each other: a Coco robot and a Serve Robotics bot.

The Coco robot was operating in certain parts of Chicago when it crashed into a glass bus shelter.

Coco called the incident a rare, isolated event and said it is launching an investigation; Carl Hansen is Coco’s head of safety and government relations.

The Coco robot’s top speed is about 5 miles per hour.

Days earlier a Serve Robotics delivery bot smashed into a glass shelter; video showed it jerking back and forth to shake glass off, and a Serve spokesperson said it is reviewing the incident to make improvements.
