Odakyu installs wearable cameras at all 70 stations to curb customer harassment

Odakyu Electric Railway will deploy wearable chest cameras at all 70 Odakyu Line stations starting April 16.

A total of 90 LINKFLOW P3000 devices will be allocated, with 1–3 units per station and about 50 hours of storage each.

Recordings are restricted to incidents, patrols, or when a stationmaster authorizes use, and data beyond 50 hours is deleted sequentially.

An ALSOK emergency pendant will be used alongside cameras to enable immediate alerts, and trials in Aug 2025 and Mar 2026 preceded the rollout.
