SKT's 16.8 billion won fine for '5G exaggerated advertising' canceled…court says "amount was miscalculated"

The Seoul High Court partially ruled for SK Telecom in its lawsuit over a Fair Trade Commission order.

The court canceled the 16.83 billion won fine, saying the violation period and related revenue were miscalculated.

It still upheld the finding that SK Telecom’s 5G speed ads were false and misleading.
