D.Camp union criticizes board's silence... "There must be a responsible explanation and action"

Dcamp’s labor union said Park Young-hoon’s resignation should not be treated as a personal issue and called for a full review of governance and HR systems.

The union demanded disclosure of the past six months of internal audits and board discussions, along with an investigation into alleged workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and the fairness of PIP use.

It also urged management to acknowledge responsibility and issue a formal apology, saying the case is about the organization’s trust and culture, not just a leadership change.
