Google Meet now on Apple CarPlay, Android Auto coming ‘soon’

Google Meet is now rolling out on Apple CarPlay for iPhone users.

The in-car experience is audio-only and supports mute/unmute, leave, and scheduled meeting access.

Video, chat, hand raise, polls, Q&A, and a pre-call screen are not available.

Audio routes through the car speakers for a safer, limited on-the-go mode.

Google says Android Auto support is coming soon.
