SBI HD and Anthropic to Collaborate on Joint Development of Financial AI Agents

SBI Holdings has agreed with Anthropic to roll out Claude across the group for enterprise-wide AI use.

The companies will co-develop AI agents, including customer-facing financial assistants, tailored to Japan’s financial regulations.

SBI will receive access to the latest Claude models, priority support, and technical assistance.

Ridge-i will lead development across the group, with planned uses spanning customer inquiries, data analysis, demand forecasting, and sales support.
