Apple approves driver that lets Nvidia eGPUs work with Arm Macs

Apple approved a third-party driver that allows Nvidia and AMD eGPUs to run on macOS.

Historically, eGPU support was limited to Intel Macs and mainly AMD GPUs; this approval extends support to Arm Macs.
