AWS: "Agentic and physical AI expand AI's possibilities... We will continue aggressive investment in Korea"

At AWS Summit Seoul 2026, AWS spotlighted agentic AI, AI-native development, and physical AI as its next major growth areas.

The company also announced the Physical AI Frontier Program, aimed at helping Korean companies adopt and scale these technologies.

AWS said its cumulative investment in Korea from 2018 to 2031 will reach KRW 12.6 trillion.

Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Yanolja, Hana Financial, Lotte Shopping, and CJ OliveNetworks were cited as examples of Korean AI adoption.
