Legal AI startup Legora hits $5.6B valuation and its battle with Harvey just got hotter

Swedish legal AI startup Legora raised a $50 million Series D extension, lifting its post-money valuation to $5.6 billion.

Nvidia’s NVentures joined the round as Legora said annual recurring revenue has topped $100 million.

The company is expanding across the U.S. and Europe, putting it in a sharper race with Harvey for law firm and enterprise customers.

The rivalry highlights a broader push to own AI tools for lawyers before foundation-model providers dominate the market.
