Salesforce's 'headless' vision for the AI era: making all functions usable without a browser

Salesforce Japan introduced “Salesforce Headless 360,” a new foundation designed for AI agents and developers to use Salesforce functions without a browser.

The platform exposes capabilities through APIs, MCP tools, and CLI, shifting Salesforce toward a headless, agent-friendly operating model.

It also adds a broad set of AI operations features, including development environments, UI execution, testing, voice support, A/B testing, monitoring, and multi-agent management.

The move could reshape how enterprises build and run Salesforce systems by making AI agents first-class operators rather than just human users.
