Red Hat’s OpenClaw maintainer just made enterprise Claw deployments a lot safer

Red Hat engineer Sally O’Malley and OpenClaw maintainer launched Tank OS, an open source wrapper for OpenClaw.

Tank OS runs AI agents in a bootable, rootless Podman container on Fedora Linux, with support for state and credentials.

The goal is to make powerful local AI agents safer to use while giving IT teams more control over deployment and updates across fleets.

It’s positioned as a simpler, more secure option for both personal and enterprise AI agent rollouts.
