San Francisco Demands Apple and Google Delete AI ‘Nudify’ Apps From App Stores

San Francisco City Attorney David Chiu sent cease-and-desist letters to Apple and Google over 13 AI “nudify” apps in their app stores.

He wants the companies to remove the apps, cut ties with developers, and tighten moderation of sexual-content violations.

Apple and Google said they have already removed or suspended many offending apps and continue to enforce their policies.
