Xiaomi raises tablet prices by up to 32% amid soaring memory costs

Xiaomi Japan will raise prices on eight tablet models starting April 28.

The increases range from 2,000 yen to 10,000 yen, or about 4% to 32%.

Lower-memory models will see the steepest price hikes.

The move reflects cost pressures from AI-driven component shortages, supply-chain expenses, and yen fluctuations.
