SpaceX's Starlink Will Soon Provide In-Flight Wi-Fi For American Airlines

SpaceX has signed a deal with American Airlines to install Starlink satellite Wi‑Fi on in-flight service.

More than 500 narrow-body aircraft will be equipped starting early next year, while wide-body jets keep current providers.

The agreement expands Starlink’s footprint in commercial aviation and could improve connectivity for American passengers.

It also adds momentum to SpaceX’s airline business as the company is seen moving closer to a potential IPO.
