The work is moving from can it answer? to can it be trusted inside a process?

The most interesting builder stories are about boundaries. Incident-investigation assistants, token-boundary arguments, prompt contests, and AI-generated design experiments show that quality now depends on where automation stops and human review begins. That boundary is becoming a product decision, not just an engineering one.

Enterprise players are positioning for that layer. Microsoft, Vercel, GitHub, Dassault Systèmes, LG CNS, and SKT all appear in ways that suggest the next moat is orchestration, governance, and distribution. Companies that own the workflow will probably outlast companies that only ship a model.
